2010 Spring BBQ Blast

 

IMG_0535TBIPAC hosted their 2010 BBQ Blast and Southern Style Cruisers Car Show, held at Paragon Casino and Resort. There were a total 17 bbq contestants total this year, who came from all over the gulf region. The contest categories were bbq chicken, brisket, ribs and best sauce. Overall, Smokin’ Lipps took home the grand champion prize, as well as best chicken 1st place. Tee Wayne’s Cajun Cookin’ earned the title of reserve grand champion, as well as capturing first place in two categories – Pork Spare Ribs and Brisket. First place in best sauce was won by Vincent Perez, of One Shot One Kill.
